Young chefs will mix and roll pasta dough, practice shaping and cutting techniques, and explore how different pasta shapes are made.

While the kids focus on pasta-making, the instructor will demonstrate a simple marinara sauce, teaching the basics of flavor-building and kitchen techniques.
