Bring the whole family for a hands-on pasta-making adventure! Together, you’ll learn to make homemade pasta three ways—fun bowtie (farfalle), classic spaghetti, and wide, ribbon-like pappardelle. While families focus on shaping and cutting the pasta, the instructor will demonstrate how to make both marinara and creamy Alfredo sauces to pair with your creations.

In this hands-on, interactive class, families will learn how to make pizza from scratch, including kneading and shaping the dough, spreading sauce, adding cheese and toppings, and baking to perfection. In this interactive class, families will learn how to make traditional tamales from start to finish—from preparing the masa and fillings to assembling and wrapping them just right. Participants will also enjoy making elotes (Mexican street corn) and a side of fluffy, flavorful rice, creating a complete and delicious meal to share.
