Join the one and only Chef Julianna at Farmhouse Academy Mokena for a hands-on class that dives into the art of roasting—from savory main courses to soul-warming dessert. In this thoughtfully curated evening, you and your cooking partner will learn how to prepare a perfectly roasted chicken, a medley of root vegetables, and a sweet, aromatic apple crumble, all using classic roasting techniques you’ll be able to repeat at home.

Because of the ingredients, tools, and full meal preparation involved, this class is designed for couples or pairs—each registration requires two ticket purchases. Individuals are welcome to attend but will still need to purchase the two-ticket minimum.
