WHAT TO EXPECT:

Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. You will work with other students in the the same room during this hands-on experience. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. We ensure that you get plenty of personal attention from your chef instructor, who will walk you through each step of the recipe and demonstrate specific techniques. You’ll have a workstation equipped with the tools and ingredients you’ll need for each recipe, and you’ll have the oportunity to eat food in dinning area. We will also provide you with recipes and instructions for all the menu items. You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.

Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. The Farmhouse Academy is a nut free facility, if you have a food allergy, please let us know before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class

LENGTH OF CLASSES

Group classes are 2 to 3 hours in length, depending on which class you attend. Please see details on previous page for information on your specific class.

Classes are hands-on and full participation. Students practice techniques demonstrated by our instructors and prepare menu items listed in the description of each class.

By completing registration and checking “I AGREE” I fully understand that there are common dangers involved in the use of kitchen tools and appliances. I agree to hold harmless Farmhouse Academy Corporation, its employees, owners, chefs, class assistants, attorneys and assigns, from any and all liability, loss, claim, demand, action or cause of action which arises or may arise in any way by my or my child’s participation in any class, including but not limited to, slips, falls, cuts, burns, choking, food allergy reactions and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the activity of cooking or other related activities during any class or event. I further acknowledge I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved and I hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury to myself, to others and if applicable to my family members. Farmhouse Academy reserves the right to photograph or videotape participants in its classes, private events, and/or rental at its facility. These photos/videos are for Farmhouse Academy's use and may be used in any social media, promotional pictures, advertisements, brochures, publications, etc without any reimbursement.
