Every participant (and parent/guardian of a minor) accepts this waiver at the time of booking.
By participating in any Farmhouse Academy class or event, you (and any minor participants you register) agree to hold harmless and release Farmhouse Academy Collective, its owners, staff, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation. You accept the inherent risks of cooking activities voluntarily.
You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or medical conditions prior to class participation. Farmhouse Academy classes involve the use of heat, sharp knives, and common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants attend at their own risk.
Farmhouse Academy is committed to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every participant, guest, and member of our staff. All participants and guests, including parents, guardians, and party attendees, are expected to behave courteously and follow staff instructions at all times. The following will not be tolerated:
Farmhouse Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant or guest whose behavior it considers disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, at any time and without prior warning. Removal does not entitle the participant or purchaser to a refund, credit, or transfer. If the participant is a minor, the parent or guardian will be contacted and is expected to pick the participant up promptly.
Farmhouse Academy may photograph or video record classes for promotional use. You may opt out of photo and media releases at the time of booking.
