Take your skills to the next level at Baking Beyond the Basics — a summer baking experience designed for young bakers ready to expand their techniques and creativity!
This camp goes beyond simple recipes and dives deeper into the “why” behind baking. Campers will refine measuring methods, explore mixing techniques, work with yeast, master fruit fillings, and practice beautiful presentation skills — all while creating impressive, bakery-style desserts from scratch. Throughout the week, bakers will build confidence, precision, and creativity while producing desserts they’ll be proud to share.
Day 1: Summer Pies
Day 2: French Baking – Scones & Madeleines
Day 3: Cinnamon Rolls
Day 4: Baking with Fruit - Lemon Cookies, Berry Jam & Banana Bread
Day 5: Chocolate Lasagna
Registration is for one child and each child needs their own registration. This is a drop off class and parents are not permitted in class. Recommended ages for this camp is 9 -12 years old.
Class is held from 12p - 3p starting on Monday, July 27th and ending on Friday, July 31st.
