Experience the flavors of tradition in our Adult Tamale Class with Elote & Rice!
In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to make authentic tamales from scratch, including preparing masa, selecting and cooking fillings, and wrapping and steaming them to perfection. Alongside the tamales, you’ll also prepare creamy, flavorful elote (Mexican street corn) and a side of perfectly cooked rice to complete a traditional, delicious meal.
Registration is for one person. Each guest needs their own registration. Adults 21 and over can BYOB. Class is for 18 years and up.
