Discover the art of fresh, pillowy potato gnocchi in this hands-on adult cooking class. Participants will learn to mix, roll, and shape gnocchi from scratch, mastering the techniques that create light, tender bites.
Students will also prepare a rich brown butter sage sauce to perfectly complement their gnocchi, learning the timing and technique to elevate simple ingredients into a flavorful, elegant dish.
Registration is for one person. Each guest needs their own registration. Adults 21 and over can BYOB. Class is for 18 years and up.
