In this class, students will learn to make classic Italian dishes, with a twist! Everything will be gluten-free! During class, students will learn to make fresh gluten-free pasta that will be made into lemon ricotta stuffed ravioli with parmesan Béchamel, as well as a traditional Carbonara. For beverages, students will be provided with San Pellegrino, and water. Gluten-free substitutions will be used in place of flour for the duration of the class.

Registration is for 1 person. Each person must have their own registration.
