In this class, students will learn how to make Chinese takeout favorites with a twist! Everything will be gluten-free! During class, students will make individual portions of orange chicken and beef with broccoli. They will also learn how to easily make substitutions in order to make foods gluten-free. The students will also be given a demonstration on how to properly prepare sticky rice. For beverages, students will be provided with oolong tea, and water. Gluten-free flour blends and cornstarch will be used instead of flour, and tamari will be used instead of soy sauce. Each student will make one serving each of orange chicken and beef with broccoli.

Class is held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 6pm - 8pm
