Want to improve your cooking skills? Join us for this adult technical class as we learn all about roasting. Knife skills are also taught in this class. Each couple will create a delicious roasted salmon with lemon cream sauce, roasted potatoes and a roasted grape and brie bake. Class is for 18 years and older. Guests 21 and over can BYOB.
