In this class, students will learn how to make a traditional New Orleans gumbo with a side of white rice. During class, students will prepare their vegetables and gumbo meats, learn how to make a brown roux, and will experience the flavors Cajun and Creole cuisine. Each student will end with 1 quart of soup each.

Registration is for one person. Each guest requires their own registration.
