In this class, students will learn to make cream of broccoli soup, served with cheddar buttermilk biscuits. During class, students will learn how to prepare a pureed soup, prepare garnishes for their soups, and will be provided demonstrations of both the biscuits and cheddar cheese Espumas for the top of the soup. Each student will make 1 quart of soup during class.

Registration is for one person. Each guest requires their own registration.
