In this class, students will learn how to make a cream-based chicken wild rice soup, that will be served with artisan bread. During class, students will be given a demonstration of artisan bread, and then will learn   how to dice vegetables for their soup, make a blonde roux, and properly prepare a cream-based soup. Each student will make 1 quart of soup each.

Registration is for one person. Each guest requires their own registration.
