In this class, students will learn to make a twist on a traditional matzo ball soup, with chicken, root vegetables, and served with dinner rolls. During class, students will learn how to roll cut vegetables, make matzo balls, and build layers of flavor with simple ingredients. The students will also be given a demonstration on how to make versatile dinner rolls. 

Each student will make 1 quart of soup during class. 

Registration is for one person. Each guest requires their own registration.

Class is held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 6-8pm
