Is your child interested in becoming a chef or just developing stronger skills in the kitchen? This camp provides a strong base of culinary knowledge and teaches technical skills that will help your child become a better cook. Students will learn knife skills, sauce making, how to work with various dough and food safety. Class is recommended for ages 10 and up.
