Want to improve your cooking skills? Join us for this adult technical class as we learn all about roasting. Knife skills are also taught in this class. Each couple will create a delicious whole roasted chicken, roasted root vegetables and a roasted apple crumble. Class is for 18 years and older. Students 21 and over can BYOB.
