The sauce is the soul of the meal and Chef Julianna will teach you how to perfect them! Participants will learn about the 5 French mother sauces. These sauces are the base and roots of many other sauces. In this workshop, you will learn about each sauce, their sister sauces and how to make them. In this class, we will make béchamel and hollandaise sauce! Guests 21 and over can BYOB. Registration is for 1 person. Each person must have their own registration.
