Cast Iron can be complicated but Chef Julianna is going to teach you everything you need to know! Each couple will learn to cook the perfect steak and shrimp in a cast iron skillet. You will also create delicious charred broccoli with garlic, lemon butter. Students will learn to care for their cast iron including seasoning and proper cooking techniques. Class is for 18 years and up and guest 21 and over can BYOB. PRICE IS PER COUPLE.
