Calling all mushroom lovers! This unique mushroom education class will teach students about the different types of mushrooms and the best ways to use them. Class covers dried and fresh mushrooms, various cooking techniques and delicious recipes. Guest 21 and up can BYOB. Registration is for one person. Each guest needs their own registration.
